Biography

Allan, known as "Edo" and more recently as "Matt Azzu," is a French electronic music producer whose sound is inspired by Madeon, Porter Robinson, Virtual Riot, Skrillex, and San Holo.

He first discovered music at the age of four, experimenting with Magix Music Maker on his father's computer. Three years later, he began formal music training, studying theory for over three years and learning piano on a synthesizer, while deepening his passion for electronic music.

After a pause, Allan returned to music in 2012 with the discovery of the software Rave 5, creating small compositions that he shared on YouTube and MySpace.

In 2015, inspired by Madeon's Pop Culture video, he discovered the Launchpad and Ableton Live, launching his journey into electronic music production. Under the name Edo, he uploaded his first official track on YouTube.

Between 2016 and 2020, Allan honed his craft, experimenting across genres including EDM, dubstep, trap, and lo-fi hip-hop, steadily building a small community.

In early 2021, he rebranded as Matt Azzu and shifted his focus to electro-house, beginning a creative collaboration with OkamiShojo, while continuing to expand his audience.
